Connect Xero or QuickBooks
Halyard syncs invoices, payments and customers to your accounting software, so nobody types them in twice.
Connect
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- Click Connect next to Xero or QuickBooks Online.
- Sign in to your accounting software and allow access.
- Choose the accounts to sync to: sales, fees and your bank account.
What syncs

Syncing runs every 15 minutes. Click Sync now to run it straight away.
Note: syncing goes one way, from Halyard. Changes made in Xero or QuickBooks aren't copied back.
Something didn't sync
Open Settings → Integrations → Sync log. Each failed item says why, usually a deleted account or a tax rate that doesn't exist on the other side. Fix it and click Retry.
