Reset your password

Forgot your password? It happens. You can set a new one in a minute.

Reset it

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email address and click Send reset link.
  3. Open the email and click Choose a new password. The link works for 60 minutes.
  4. Choose a new password: at least 12 characters.

You stay signed in on the device you reset from, and are signed out everywhere else.

No email?

  • Check your spam folder for a message from no-reply@halyard.app.
  • Make sure you used the address you signed up with. If you signed up with Google, use Sign in with Google instead; there's no password to reset.
  • Still nothing after 10 minutes? See Invoice emails are not arriving; the same fixes apply.

Note: we never ask for your password by email or phone. If someone does, it isn't us.
