When will I get paid?

Card payments reach your bank account on a rolling schedule. The first payout takes a little longer while we verify your account.

Payout schedule

First payout After that
EU and UK 7 days after your first payment 2 working days after each payment
Rest of the world 14 days after your first payment 7 days after each payment

Payouts are sent once a day, and bundle every payment that's ready. Weekends and bank holidays can add a day.

Open Payments → Payouts to see each payout, its status and the payments it includes.

Status Meaning
Pending Waiting for its payout date
In transit Sent to your bank
Paid Your bank confirmed it
Failed Your bank sent it back; check your bank details

Note: refunds and fees come out of your next payout. If they're larger than it, the difference is taken from your bank account. See Refund a customer.

A payout is late

If a payout is In transit for more than three working days, ask your bank for a payment with the reference shown in Halyard. Still missing? Contact support with the payout ID, which starts with po_.
